Storage battery system
The lithium ion batteries used for the WINPRO storage battery system are lithium ion iron phosphate batteries of WINPRO’s own original brand. Lithium ion iron phosphate batteries do not use cobalt as the material for the positive electrode, so there is little restriction of resources and a wide safety range. The batteries have passed tests by a 3rd party inspection body “TÜV Rheinlandn Japan Ltd.*” for both safety and high quality.
*TÜV Rheinland Japan Ltd. is a Japanese company of TÜV Rheinland Group with a head office situated in Germany. The company offers safety testing and authentication for industrial products to be exported to European countries including Germany and other countries, and they develop evaluation services inside Japan with permission and appointment from the ministry/agency in charge.

A dedicated controller for the storage battery system that was developed using technologies accumulated through development of the control system for our wind power generator monitors the electricity storage status and ensures ideal operation at all times. A touch interface was designed within the company focusing on visibility and usability. There are 3 modes that can be selected according to the usage purpose, so the desired mode can be set according to the usage scenario.
A BMS (battery management system) developed independently is used to monitor the gross voltage and remaining capacity of the lithium ion battery on a real-time basis. It monitors the voltage and temperature of the 16 cells and controls the battery, so that safe and efficient charging and discharging are managed.
The lithium ion battery is fixed firmly in a special case. The main body is designed for safety, so it has endured drop and vibration tests.

The operation window is colored and easy to see, and it can be used smoothly because you can operate by touching with your finger directly.
Casters are installed on the bottom, so you can use it anywhere by moving to the place where the power supply is required. After moving and setting, be sure to lock the casters to fix the battery.
Operation status can be observed at a glance, so it offers excellent visibility even in the event of a power failure.

Charging/discharging start time/finish time can be set using a timer.Inexpensive electric power at midnight is stored and used for electrical products used in the daytime, so it contributes to power saving measures and peak shift.
|When the commercial power supply is normal||Commercial electric power is supplied to connected equipment as it is and at the same time the storage battery is charged. Charging and discharging action is carried out at set time.|
|At power failure||Electricity is supplied to the load equipment automatically from the storage battery through an inverter within one second. When the load equipment is connected, discharging action is carried out even if the timer is set for charging.|
|When the commercial power supply recovers||Commercial electricity is supplied to the load equipment automatically as it is and is charged to the storage battery at the same time.|
The storage battery is charged fully at all times, so it can be used as a UPS (Uninterruptible power system). In the event of a power failure, the electricity supply from the system power supply to the load equipment stops and electricity supply starts from the storage battery system automatically. This switching is conducted within 10msec. (0.01sec.).

Start and stop of charging/discharging can be carried out manually using the operation touch panel.It is also most suitable for use by moving to the place where needed when necessary.
